Jesse Morris writes folk driven roots reggae on acoustic guitars with the support of a 5 piece band blending violin, flute, percussion, bass and samples.
 

Son of legendary blues player John Morris (the Blues Preachers) Jesse was brought up on traditional roots music playing guitar from the age of 6.
 

The Jesse Morris Band has performed at a string of major festivals across the east coast of Australia and continues to pack out venues throughout NSW.
 

Along with featured tracks on compilation “Home Grown Roots” 1 & 2 (fogsongs/mgm) the Jesse Morris Band has independently released two singles Bales Of Nothing (2006) & Feel No Pain (2007).
 

The Jesse Morris Band, with support from label foghorn records, will release their debut EP in November 2007 backed up by a tour of the east coast of Australia and a full length feature album with a national tour in early 2008.
